Questions and Answers

Check-in is available from 7:00 am. Upon check-in, you will receive vouchers for the beach and beach towels. Rooms are available from 12:00 noon. In the meanwhile, you can leave your luggage in our storage room and go to the beach.

On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00. However, you can use the luggage storage and our swimming pool at no additional cost.

Our private outdoor car park is free and accessible at any time. It is located approximately 350 metres from the hotel and must be vacated, along with your room, by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

It is not possible to reserve a parking space in advance, but there are sufficient spaces for all our guests.

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit to be paid in advance. To meet the needs of guests who are more prone to unforeseen events and impediments, our hotel offers the option of taking out internal insurance so that you do not lose all or part of your deposit. Pets are welcome at the hotel, but are not allowed in the dining room or pool area. However, you can share meals with them at the tables in the bar, next to the restaurant entrance. There is a dog area at Bagno Stella where you can bring your furry friend and keep them under your umbrella. Places are limited, so we strongly recommend booking in advance. Dogs are allowed on the beach along the shoreline at the following times: from 6:00 to 8:30 am and from 6:30 to 10:00 pm.

Yes, our staff is available to cater to any dietary requirements. For better organisation, we kindly ask you to inform us of any particular intolerances before your arrival. Please note that our kitchen does not have a separate area for preparing gluten-free dishes, but our kitchen staff takes the utmost care in sanitising every utensil.

The hotel is located opposite the Valverde bus stop (“Piazzale Michelangelo”).

If you decide to reach our hotel by train, the nearest stations are Gatteo Mare (1.5 km) and Cesenatico (4 km).

Yes, our hotel also has rooms accessible to people with disabilities. The hotel has no architectural barriers and there is a lift.

Normally, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to occupy the room until the evening of departure. The price of this service is to be agreed upon at the time of request. To avoid unpleasant inconveniences, we recommend that you indicate your preference well in advance.

The hotel provides city bikes free of charge, some of which are equipped with child seats and some of which can be used by children. You can also hire e-bikes and sports bikes, with prices to be agreed upon.

We can arrange transfers to and from airports, train stations and bus stations for a fee. To arrange this service, please let us know when you make your booking and provide us with your arrival and departure times.

A deposit is required prior to arrival. The balance of the stay can be paid directly at the hotel on the evening before departure in cash, by cheque, debit card, bank transfer (instant) or credit card.

Yes, our all-inclusive package includes one umbrella and two sun loungers for each room from the day of arrival until the day before departure from the 5th row downwards.

If you would like to reserve a spot in the first four rows, you can do so by notifying us in advance and paying a daily supplement.
